The article deals with the correlation of some most significant categories criminal procedure activity: “purpose”, “purpose” and “tasks”. authors conclude that without goals objectives, it is impossible to imagine any organized, well-coordinated planned activities, especially those regulated by law. goal organizes participants in activity, advises them about result, while tasks help exercise their powers. unity purpose which forms goal-setting proceedings, attaches cohesion coherence actions numerous subjects, i.e. builds a capable system. Therefore, process, including law-making law enforcement, can should be characterized from point view its objectives. This indicates objective need establish not only purpose, but also setting attempt concentrate process solely on protection rights legitimate interests individual (Article 6 Code Criminal Procedure) seems unproductive. provision true, sufficient, since does take into account state are initially present such branches public as proceedings it. cannot fulfil taking By implementing them, protect, among other objects, life, health, freedoms citizens, well order, security, constitutional system state, peace security mankind.
